Headless Guitar Kits
Headless guitars ditch the headstock entirely, moving the tuning mechanism to the bridge. The result is a lighter, more compact instrument with perfect balance that never suffers from neck dive.
Our headless guitar kits feature modern ergonomic body designs, multi-scale or standard-scale necks, and specialized headless bridge systems that handle tuning and string locking in one unit. The reduced size makes these guitars incredibly portable and comfortable for long sessions.
The tone of a headless guitar is direct and articulate. Without the extra wood and mass of a headstock, string energy transfers more efficiently into the body and pickups. Building a headless kit is an intermediate project. The headless bridge system requires precise installation, and stringing is different from a standard guitar. But once you understand the mechanics, it is straightforward. Each kit includes all specialized hardware, pickups, and a build guide.
