Our guitar kits give you everything you need to build a real, playable instrument from scratch. Each kit ships with a shaped body, a pre-carved neck, all hardware, pickups, and electronics. You choose the finish, set the action, and walk away with a guitar that plays exactly the way you want it to.
Whether you are building your first guitar or your tenth, our kits are designed to work with common hand tools and a few weekends of shop time. We carry solid body, semi-hollow, and bass guitar kits in dozens of body styles, so there is something here for every player and every skill level.

Most of our kits use mahogany, basswood, or ash bodies, and each wood shapes the tone differently, so pick based on the sound you are chasing.
Neck Profile
Check whether the kit uses a C, D, or slim taper neck profile, since your fretting hand comfort depends on it.
Pickup Configuration
Single coil kits deliver bright, snappy tones while humbucker kits push warmer, thicker output. Decide based on the genres you play.
Hardware Quality
Look at the tuning machines, bridge type, and nut material. Better hardware means better tuning stability and sustain right out of the box.
